what is it?

Stress management is designed to help us learn what stress is, to understand how it can both support us in our lives, and, at times, how it can impact us negatively. Most importantly, it can help us to learn new ways to navigate our stress and how to reduce the negative effects of it, in ways that we may not have explored before.

Bringing together many years of working with stress, anxiety and the nervous system, my approach to stress management incorporates both psycho-education, alongside a personalized look at your particular way of managing stress, supporting you in making changes that will be beneficial to you and your life.

I can work either one to one with individuals or with groups, and can develop a programme that is tailor made for you and/or your organization or company.

Under certain circumstances, I may be able to travel to you for the sessions. Please feel free to discuss this with me if you are interested, although please be aware that there would be additional costs involved.
